2009 saw Brian.V.Flippence being invited into our midst to help and assist us in growing our Business in the capacity of Commercial Marketing Manager running our Midlands & South Wales office.

Brian over the last 18yrs had served E.Wood PLC Northallerton/3M within their Thortex Specialist Resin Division as their key Business Development Manager covering the Midlands, South Wales & the South of England.

His tireless efforts has rewarded him the recognition as a high performer in achieving and exceeding his Sales & Marketing objectives, along side of being selected to run the BDR (Battle Damage Repair) Enabling Contract for the MoD for 9yrs, and with his history within Special Forces where he completed 6yrs of Military Service way back in the 1960’s travelling extensively on Combat Missions around the Globe as a SNCO.

This placed Brian well within the Management Team as the only person capable of filling this roll. We welcome Brian into our organisation, and wish him every success in his new venture, having accepted a Voluntary Redundancy Package in January 2009 from 3M which he could not refuse!
