Euro Resin Solutions Ltd have been shortlisted for Large Commercial Project of the Year award with FeRFA
This project shows how we collaborated with our supplier combining both technical and practical knowledge to overcome issues with the original resin floor, the original resin floor was completed in 2015 by a different resin contractor.
The quality of the Arturo products always ensures that the final finish of the resin floors is left at a high standard and the Arturo PU system is seamless, easy to clean, impermeable to liquids, permanently elastic, self-smoothing, increased walking comfort with high UV stability.
After we performed a full in-depth site survey a underfloor heating system was put in place, the system had to be drained and pressure tested before application to ensure no leaks.
Where possible we recycled, adequate sheeting and dust control measures were put in place to ensure no exposure to the surrounding areas. The products used were solvent free and low emission. Once cured, has a neutral odour and presents no physiological or ecological risk.
We then called upon our waste disposal company to provide the correct hazardous waste skip, ensuring all waste was segregated in accordance with the guidelines.
Full diamond grind of existing surface with vacuum dust control assistance. Re-cut each fracture and inducement cut to a depth of 20mm (providing it can be established that the screed above the UFH pipework has a minimum thickness of 50mm). Carefully control the cuts to maintain the safety margin between cutting blades and the UFH pipework.
This is a beautiful example of how resin can be used to elevate the space whilst providing a durable solution for a relatively high traffic area. We are proud of our work, and it seems fitting for an area that exhibits art to have such a lovely finish.
Euro Resin Solutions pride ourselves with meeting our customers’ expectations and giving them confidence in the finished product.
