SynDeck Application

SynDeck® Ultra Lightweight Underlayment (SS1290FC) is a three component, ultra light weight aggregate-filled, 100% solids epoxy flooring product that is 0-VOC, has excellent adhesion, and is specifically designed to be less than 8.16 kg/M @ 6-7mm installed. It is US Navy Milspec and US Coast Guard Certified and is used extensively across the American Navy, commercial and offshore industries. This product can be applied as an ultra lightweight underlayment for all other approved deck systems and is fully waterproof with no latex or cement used. The product can be trowel applied and therefore can create coving and runs to drains between 6-100mm slopes.

SynDeck® Ultra Lightweight Terrazzo (SS1290FC Terrazzo) is three component aggregate filled, 100% solids epoxy flooring product that is 0-VOC. This product has excellent adhesion and is specifically designed to meet Navy requirements of less than 8.16 kg/M @ 6-7mm installed. This product is an underlayment to fair and level decks and can provide a completely finished decorative surface reductions in application times and steps. SS1290FC Terrazzo can resemble a marble/granite surface when cured and can have full shine or increased antis-slip properties.
